Public Procurement and Asset Dispoal Board (PPADB) Requirements
According to Parliament, the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) was enacted
by an Act of Parliament [Cap 42:08] of 2001. PPADB is a parastal organisation, operating under the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP)
It's primary mandate, is to adjudicate and award tenders for Central Government and any other institutions specified under the Act for the delivery of works, services and supplies related services.
For a Company to be fully registered with the PPADB, for Tender Certificates and tender awards. The Following list of things is required from a company:
- Company Documents certified at Registrar of Companies
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Forms 2, 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 8, 13, 14, 15 or Form 2, 4 and 5
- Directors CVs, IDs Certified, Academic Certificates
- Share Certificates
- Letter of Signatories from the Bank
- List of Assets
- Employee's CVs (permanent stuff), IDs and their Academic Certificates
- If there are foreigners, Certified copies of Work & residence Permits and passports
